Andrew founded the company almost 8 years ago while also leading and directing all efforts in the Caribbean. As an expert in heavy marine construction, port development, and project management he has had an opportunity to assist great leaders in their search for new found success in exceptionally diverse markets. In a 12 year career consisting of design build and PPP projects, there have been numerous challenges which have created a wealth of both problem solving skills as well as diversity in management. Specifically in the Belize markets Andrew has had the opportunity to lead and develop some main stream projects as well as vet others through his client feasibility studies. In the projects over the last 4 years he has directly and indirectly been responsible for staffing over 200 locals who were previously out of work as well as working alongside 23 different sub-contractors.
