Lake Thurmond

This project consisted of the new build and refurbishment of 23 subdivisions along the Lake communities in central Georgia and spilled across the border into South Carolina. Some of the subdivisions included Still Water Coves which was a newbuild on 800 acres consisting of numerous $1 Mil lots right on the water. Construction efforts included dredging, infrastructure, untilites and clubhouse/spa locations at each site. Total project value over $300 Mil.
