Tortola project consisted of adding an extension to the existing cruise pier and numerous landside improvements. The project consists of over 80k sqft of retail and F&B space situated on just 4 acres. Total project costs $78Mil. Included the driving of 16,240 LF of 36” and 48” Pilings in a marine elements and $26,025 LF of 16” Concrete Piles on land. Project was for Tortola Port Authority, Norwegian Cruise lines, and Disney Cruise Lines. Delivered as promised
