This was adding an additional center to the existing hospital at the time. The build itself lasted 2.5 years and was a cost around $50Mil. Total square footage of the center is around 214,000 sqft. Over 800 augercast piles drilled to depths of 110+ ft in depth. A real modern piece of architecture with its curved design meant to match the surround streets and functionality.
